If you need medical help but it is not an emergency call 111 – calls to NHS 111 are FREE from landlines and mobiles and NHS 111 is available 24/7, every day of the year.

July 2013 – we are unaffected by the recent announcement regarding NHS Direct and NHS 111 – NHS Direct are not involved with the running of the NHS 111 service.

In the N.East NHS 111 is provided by the North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust in conjunction with Northern Doctors Urgent Care Ltd.
